- 3 cups of flour
- 1 tsp of yeast
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 tsp of Turkish coffee
- melted chocolate
- 2 tsp of instant coffee
- 2 tsp of sugar powder
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil
- 2 tsp of starch
Instructions
Instructions for Baking Coffee Bread Recipe:
- Mix Turkish coffee with water and sugar, then put it on the stove to boil.
- Mix flour with a pinch of salt.
- Add yeast and sugar, then add Turkish coffee.
- Knead for 10 minutes and add oil.
- Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Now, make the syrup for the middle of the bread.
- Pour milk into the pot.
- Add 1 tablespoon of flour, powdered sugar, and starch.
- Mix finely and bring to a boil.
- Add 2 teaspoons of Nescafe with hot water, mix, and add to the pot.
- When it becomes condensed, turn off the heat.
- Make small loaves, open each loaf, put the mixture in the middle, and bring up the edges of the dough.
- Cover the dough again for 20 minutes, then put it in the already warm oven for 20 minutes.
- Put some melted cocoa on top and serve
