  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of yeast
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tsp of Turkish coffee
  • melted chocolate

  • 2 tsp of instant coffee
  • 2 tsp of sugar powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp of starch

Instructions for Baking Coffee Bread Recipe:

  • Mix Turkish coffee with water and sugar, then put it on the stove to boil.
  • Mix flour with a pinch of salt.
  • Add yeast and sugar, then add Turkish coffee.
  • Knead for 10 minutes and add oil.
  • Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Now, make the syrup for the middle of the bread.
  • Pour milk into the pot.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of flour, powdered sugar, and starch.
  • Mix finely and bring to a boil.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of Nescafe with hot water, mix, and add to the pot.
  • When it becomes condensed, turn off the heat.
  • Make small loaves, open each loaf, put the mixture in the middle, and bring up the edges of the dough.
  • Cover the dough again for 20 minutes, then put it in the already warm oven for 20 minutes.
  • Put some melted cocoa on top and serve
