- Chicken leg
- 1 glass of oat
- 2 beets
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 chilil pepper
Instructions
Instruction for Cooking Red Soup:
- Cut the onion in half
- Cut the beet in half
- Cut the carrots in half
- Cut the bell pepper in half
- Put all of them in the pot
- Add spices
- Pour water over them
- Wash the oats and add them to the pot
- Cook for 1 hour
- Remove the vegetables and finely mash them
- Return them to the pot
- Add salt
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on the stove
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley
