- 2 tbsp of yogurt
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 grams parsley
- 50 grams walnut
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise sauce
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- oil
Instructions
Instructions for Cooking Eggplant Recipe:
- Cut the eggplant into cube shapes, sprinkle some salt, and soak them in water.
- Cut the parsley and wash it.
- Chop the onion and garlic.
- Cut the chicken and potatoes, then soak them in water.
