- 200 grams dates
- 150 grams bitter chocolate
- 50 grmas coconut powder
- 2 tsp of instant coffee
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 60 grams walnuts
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp of warm water
Instructions
Instructions for Healthy Homemade Chocolate:
- Mash walnuts.
- Pour into the bowl.
- Add coconut powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix finely.
- Mix instant coffee with warm water.
- Add to the bowl.
- Add honey and mix.
- Remove the pits from dates.
- Add to the bowl.
- Mash them finely or use a blender.
- Pick some of the mixture.
- Shape it into circles or squares.
- Put on a tray.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Melt bitter chocolate.
- Dip them into the bowl of melted chocolate.
- Set aside for another 15 minutes.
- Serve as dessert or alongside tea or coffee.
