Ingredients for cooking Keema Naan:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of yeast
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tomatoes
- 200 grams minced meat
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of ground turmeric
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of ginger
- a bowl of yogurt
Instructions
Instructions for cooking Keema Naan:
- mix yeast, sugar with warm milk and put aside for 10 minutes
- mix salt with flour in a big bowl
- add yeast mixture
- kneading for 15 minutes
- put aside for 1 hour
- chop onions, garlics, tomatoes
- fry them in the pan
- add minced meat and fry
- add spices
- make loaves from dough
- open each loaf
- put some meat mixture on it
- close the dough and make it circle
- brush some yogurt on the dough
- put in the already warm oven for 15 minutes
- mix melted butter with chopped parsely
- brush on the Keema Naan
