Ingredients
Lamb stomach ingredients
- Lamb tribe
- 100 grams rice
- 100 grams of split peas
- 200 grams parsley
- 250 grams of ground beef
- 2 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- Tomato paste
- Vegetable oil
- Vinegar
- Bay leaves
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Ground turmeric
- Cumin
Instructions
How to cook the best lamb stomach
- chop off 1 onion
- chop off 3 garlic cloves
- chop off 50 grams of parsley
- mix all of them
- Add 1kg ground beef
- Season with salt, red pepper, ground turmeric, and cumin
- put it aside
- wash & clean the lamb tribe with hot water
- mix water, salt, vinegar, and bay leaves in a bowl
- put cleaned lamb tribe in the bowl for 1 hour
- cut the lamb tribe into a few pieces to make some pockets [watch the video]
- sew the lamb tribe like small pockets [watch the video]
- Put the stuffed in the pockets
- sew them completely
- chop 1 onion
- Chop 2 garlic cloves
- Fry onion and garlic
- Add tomato paste
- Season with pepper and ground turmeric
- add lamb tribes
- add 2 glasses of water
- let it cook for 5 hours in the oven
