Ingredients

  • 250 grams minced lam
  • saffron powder
  • 4 cups rice
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 10 walnuts

  • 50 grams raisin
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate paste
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

Instructions for Cooking Pilaf with meatball:

  • grate onion
  • remove the onion juice
  • add the onion to the minced meat
  • add spices
  • kneading finely
  • make small meatballs
  • fry in pan with some oil
  • chop onion
  • chop walnuts
  • wash rice and raisin
  • pour fried meatballs in the palte
  • fry onion
  • add walnut and raisin
  • add pomegranate paste
  • add fried meatballs and mix
  • pour rice in the pot of boiling water
  • add some salt
  • after 10 minutes strain the rice
  • put chop potatoes in the pot with some oil
  • pour rice on it
  • por the meatballs on it
  • pour some brewed saffron on them
  • pour some rice on them again
  • let’s cook for 40 minutespersian pilaf with meatball
