- 250 grams minced lam
- saffron powder
- 4 cups rice
- 2 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 10 walnuts
- 50 grams raisin
- 2 tbsp pomegranate paste
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground turmeric

- grate onion
- remove the onion juice
- add the onion to the minced meat
- add spices
- kneading finely
- make small meatballs
- fry in pan with some oil
- chop onion
- chop walnuts
- wash rice and raisin
- pour fried meatballs in the palte
- fry onion
- add walnut and raisin
- add pomegranate paste
- add fried meatballs and mix
- pour rice in the pot of boiling water
- add some salt
- after 10 minutes strain the rice
- put chop potatoes in the pot with some oil
- pour rice on it
- por the meatballs on it
- pour some brewed saffron on them
- pour some rice on them again
- let’s cook for 40 minutes
