  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 tbsp of rose water

  • Mix with a whisk until completely melted.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
  • Add one egg yolk and half of the egg white, then mix.
  • Gradually add rice flour and mix until well combined.
  • Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into circles.
  • Place the shaped dough on a baking tray.
  • Preheat the oven and then bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
