- 50 grams sugar powder
- 100 grams butter
- 1 tbsp of rose water
- 1 egg
- some black seed
- some saffron

Instructions for Making Persian Rice Cookies:
- Add melted butter to a bowl.
- Mix with a whisk until completely melted.
- Add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Add one egg yolk and half of the egg white, then mix.
- Gradually add rice flour and mix until well combined.
- Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into circles.
- Place the shaped dough on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven and then bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
