Nardun or Nardoon is a northern Iran pomegranate chicken stew that is very popular in that region of the country.
When I say that region, it doesn’t mean it is not popular in other parts of Iran.
It is actually a very delicious chicken stew that I believe it will not be just a one-time try. It will absolutely open a room in your monthly recipe list.
Anyways, I made it for Yalda night which is celebrated widely by Iranian people as it is the longest night of the year.
